What You’ll Do

As a Recruiter, you’ll become a trusted talent advisor for companies across the U.S. You’ll connect top-tier professionals with hiring teams in need, acting as a bridge between career dreams and business growth.

You’ll:

  • Build relationships with U.S.-based clients and candidates

  • Understand job openings, skill requirements, and company cultures

  • Manage outreach, interviews, negotiations, and follow-ups

  • Develop your own niche and business pipeline within the firm

You’ll operate remotely — but never alone

Training & Support

We don’t expect you to know it all on day one. That’s why our training is core to your success.

From day one, you’ll receive:

  • Intensive onboarding covering our process, tools, and strategies

  • Ongoing one-on-one mentorship and skill development

  • Full access to FortPac, our proprietary recruiter platform

  • The daily support of U.S.-based teams: Tech, Help Desk, Marketing, and Training

Compensation & Career Goals

We offer a performance-based compensation plan designed to reward your success without financial risk:

  • A $15,000 MXN monthly advance to support you as you ramp up — this is not a loan and is not repayable

  • Commissions ranging from 15% to 75% of the revenue you generate

  • 50% of our active recruiters earn six figures (USD) annually

  • Additional earnings from referring future recruiters through our Channel Partner Program

Fluent in written and spoken English.
